Excellent delivery & communication but one issue. I order 20 protein bars & the use by date on them all is 2/2/23. Not impressed by this as will not eat them all by this date. Has put me off placing another order

Site and products seems good , I got try and the protein before and it was good , but now they deliver with “Evri” and Evri worst , item should arrive today but no show , and now how long I have to wait ???????? Very disappointed ? I saw the answer are you joking to me ?

Very disappointed ordered a product which never arrived, spent a week trying to find an email or confirmation of delivery which none had been sent yet they had taken the payment from my account. Eventually spoke to someone who agreed to re send the product another ten days passed still no product. Contacted them again to be told it was not even in stock and a refund would be issued. Two weeks again now passed still no refund. I wouldn't order from this company unless you want to give your money away for nothing but hassle and not to receive something for your money feel robbed !

Bought the collagen supplement and the classical Whey powder. They both came quickly (3-4 days) and were well packaged.
Been taking both now for about a half a month. The whey mixes well in the shakers and I enjoy making home made cereal bars including whey inside. Doesn't have a strong taste, just a little milky taste.
The collagen supplements are working well I believe because I used to have issues with knees after running or heavy weight workouts. The pain has reduced significantly but not yet disappeared.

Positive experience overall.

Products are still good but after sale service is doggy since this company has change of owner. Week to have an email answer, return fees too expensives ...
